The Rainbow Tribe, a social group for LGBT families, friends and allies, will be holding an informal gathering at the Nashville Zoo on Saturday, Sept. 18 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Guests are asked to wear a blue shirt or a shirt with a rainbow on it if possible. Everyone will meet at the gift shop for a group photo at 11:30 a.m.

The cost for entry is $14 for adults and teens, $12 for seniors and $9 for ages 2-12. Nashville Zoo members and children under 2 are free. For further updates, the Rainbow Tribe, started by Jeffrey Johnson, has created a Facebook page for the event.
